Operations and Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations and Scheduling Coordinator to manage our clients' scheduling systems and provide administrative support. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across departments.

We are looking for a Operations and Scheduling Coordinator for our client site in Mount Maunganui. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get into the trade industry. You will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling, assigning, and facilitating daily activities for the installation and production staff.
  • Directing production staff on products and timing that are required to be custom-made in the factory.
  • Assisting with ensuring supplies required, such as glass and hardware, are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Preparing the daily installation schedule, ensuring jobs are ready for installation, and timing is booked in.
  • Maintaining effective workflow with builders or homeowners.


Requirements:

  • Trade industry experience - Bonus
  • Familiar with Simpro software- Bonus
  • Mechanically minded, methodical, systematic and organized
  • Need to be tech-savvy
  • Must be able to follow instructions
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work on your own
  • Reliable and physically fit
  • Clear and positive communication skills


Hours of Work:

Mon to Fri | 6.30 am to 3 pm

Pay: $30 to $32/hr + 8% Holiday Pay + Work phone
